The Practice of Peace
Choosing the Path of No Resistance

A peaceful state is our natural way.

Struggling against the flow,
fighting to be right, yelling to be heard
is all counter to our make up and Source.

Slamming doors, having the last word
and often the first, exerting our ego is
the very antithesis of light, love and grace.

When did living become a chore?

And how did we let it get that way?

More often than not, we listened to others.

Everyone else has an idea of
how your life should look.

 So many opinions that the
only one that really matters has
long since been ignored and easily stifled.

You have bought into the idea that
bigger is better, more is best
and winning is everything.

Competition does not beget peace.

Hoarding does not beget peace.

Gluttony does not beget peace.

Feeling superior does not beget peace.

Feeling less than does not beget peace.

And certainly war does not beget peace.

Peace comes from two places
and two places only:

WITHIN AND ABOVE

Reaching beyond that realm perpetuates
the struggle and yes the very chore of living.

Nature doesn't struggle.

The  salmon doesn't fret over the
direction of the current because that
is his natural way...his divine alignment.

He doesn't have to receive instruction
from the other fish.

You've been told all your life how to do it.

There is no peace or victory in handing
your power over to others.

You intuitively know when you are
divinely aligned with your purpose.

Move with that flow and you will naturally
experience the benefit of doing so.

It is not complicated.

If it makes you feel good, you are in
alignment with your divine purpose.

If you feel lousy, you are fighting that
purpose by buying into someone else's
idea of what your life should be.

Choosing the Path of No Resistance.
